A Moroccan restaurant in Abuja that looked, online, like any other place with a phone number and a few photos.
The problem
The food and the room were the draw, and neither came across online. Bookings were happening entirely over the phone, which meant they stopped whenever nobody was near it.
What we did about it
We built the full identity first, logo, palette and type, then a site that leads with the room and the food rather than a list of dishes, with a reservation flow that works on a phone in one hand.
What happened after
Reservations now come in outside opening hours, and the menu can be updated by the team without calling anyone.
