These terms cover the use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by the written proposal and contract we sign with you, and where the two disagree, the contract wins.
Using this site
You may read it, print it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it wholesale, copy the design or the words to pass off as your own, attempt to break into it, or use it to send us anything unlawful.
Who owns what
The design, code, words, photographs and the MeekPixel name and logo on this site belong to us, except where they belong to a client. Client work is shown with permission as examples of what we do; the brands, logos and trade marks in those case studies belong to those clients.
When we complete a project for you, ownership of the finished work transfers to you on final payment, as set out in your contract. That includes the domain, the hosting account, the files and the logins, all in your name.
Enquiries and quotes
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices we discuss on a call are estimates until they are written into a proposal. A project starts when a written quote is accepted and any deposit named in it is paid.
Links to other places
This site links to client websites, to WhatsApp, and to a booking tool. We do not control those and we are not responsible for them.
If something goes wrong
We try to keep this site up and correct, but we do not promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because nothing lawfully can.
Which law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the Nigerian courts.
