Consistent posting, in your brand, without it being the job you keep putting off
Most businesses do not have a social media problem. They have a consistency problem. The account goes quiet for three weeks, then a rushed post, then quiet again. We plan a month at a time, design every post in your brand, schedule it and handle the replies, so it runs whether or not you thought about it that week.
What is included
- Monthly content plan. Themes, post types and a calendar, sent to you for approval before anything goes out.
- Design and copy for every post, in your brand. Feed posts, carousels and stories.
- Scheduling across the platforms that fit your business, usually Instagram and Facebook, with LinkedIn or X where they are relevant.
- Community management. Replying to comments and messages within an agreed window, with a short escalation list for anything sensitive.
- Monthly report. Reach, followers, saves, and where it can be tracked, clicks and enquiries, with what we will change next month.
What a month looks like
A typical month is twelve to sixteen feed posts, a run of stories, and replies handled on weekdays. The posts are not twelve versions of the same advert. They come from three to five content pillars agreed at the start, which for most businesses means something like the work itself, the people, the questions customers keep asking, and the occasional offer.
We will also tell you which numbers to ignore. Follower count is the one everybody watches and the one that matters least. Saves, shares and replies predict enquiries; followers mostly predict followers.
What is not included
- Ad budget and campaign management. That is Digital marketing and strategy. We can run the organic side and hand ads to that service, or coordinate both.
- Influencer contracts and payments.
- Filming on location. We work from photographs and footage you supply, or a quarterly shoot quoted separately.
What we need from you
Photographs, and a person who can answer a question quickly. Most of what makes a business account worth following is material only you have: the work in progress, the delivery going out, the thing that went wrong and got fixed. We can design around a thin library, but a steady trickle of real photographs from your phone is worth more than any template.
We also need to know what you will not say in public. Pricing, clients you cannot name, subjects to avoid. That list takes ten minutes to write and saves an awkward conversation later.
How it works
- Setup. Brand assets, tone, three to five content pillars, and the do not post list.
- First plan. Delivered within about two weeks. You approve it or adjust it.
- Production and posting. We design, schedule and publish. You see everything before it goes live for the first month, then spot check.
- Monthly review. The report, plus a call to set the next month focus.
What you get
The approved content calendar each month, every post as a saved asset you own, the community management within the agreed hours, and the monthly report.
How long it takes
The first content is live within about two weeks of you approving the plan. Growth is a months long effort. Consistency compounds and sporadic posting does not.
What it costs
A monthly retainer based on how many platforms, how many posts a week, and whether community management is daily or lighter. Quoted before you start and cancellable monthly.
An example
Hajj People, a pilgrimage logistics and education group in Makkah serving pilgrims across several countries, is managed on an ongoing monthly basis. Planned content and steady posting, rather than a burst of activity before each season.
Questions people ask about social
- Do I have to approve every post? For the first month, yes. It is how we learn your voice. After that you approve the monthly plan and we run it, and you are free to veto anything.
- Which platforms should my business be on? Usually fewer than you think. We would rather do two well than five badly, and we recommend based on where your customers actually are rather than where the numbers look biggest.
- Can you use our existing photographs? Yes. Most plans run on a library you provide plus designed graphics. A periodic shoot helps but is not needed to start.
