Put money behind the thing that works, once you know which thing that is
Running ads without conversion tracking is an expensive guess. We set up measurement first, so every naira spent is attributable, then build campaigns against a strategy instead of boosting posts and hoping. The aim is that you know your cost per enquiry and your return, not just your reach.
What is included
- Measurement setup. Analytics, conversion tracking, event tagging and a simple dashboard for the numbers that matter.
- Market and competitor research. Where the demand is, what competitors are running, and where the gap is.
- Channel strategy. Which platforms, whether Google Search, Meta, TikTok or email, and what each one is for in your funnel.
- Campaign build and management. Targeting, creative direction, ad copy, landing pages and ongoing optimisation.
- Testing on the things that move the number: the offer, the headline, the audience, the landing page.
- Monthly reporting on spend, cost per result and return, with next month plan attached.
Where the money goes
Two separate costs, and they should never be quoted as one. There is the ad spend, which goes to Google or Meta from an account in your name and which you can see at any time. And there is our fee for building and running the campaigns. A quote that merges them into a single monthly figure is hiding how much of your money is actually reaching customers.
Early on, most of the spend buys information rather than sales. That is not waste, it is the price of finding out which audience and which message work, and it is why starting small and scaling beats starting big and guessing.
What is not included
- The ad spend itself. That is paid to the platforms, it is separate from our fee, and it is always visible to you in an account you own.
- Organic social posting. That is Social media management.
- A guarantee of results. We commit to a tested, measured approach and to killing what does not work quickly.
What we need from you
A number you are trying to hit, and the truth about your margins. We cannot tell you whether a cost per enquiry is good without knowing what an enquiry is worth to you, and we cannot set a budget floor without knowing what you make on a sale. Those two figures shape everything else.
We also need whoever answers the enquiries to be ready. The fastest way to waste an ad budget is to generate leads nobody replies to for two days.
How it works
- Audit and setup. Fix or build the tracking, review any past ad accounts, and agree the target cost per result before anything runs.
- Strategy. Channels, budget split, offer and creative direction. A one page plan, not a deck.
- Launch small. Start with a controlled budget to find what converts before scaling.
- Optimise and scale. Shift budget to what works, cut what does not, report monthly.
What you get
Working conversion tracking you keep, the research and strategy document, campaigns built in ad accounts owned by you, and monthly reporting in cost per result terms rather than impressions.
How long it takes
Setup and strategy take one to two weeks. The first two to four weeks of spend are learning, which is useful data rather than final numbers. Most accounts reach a stable, scalable position by month two or three.
What it costs
A monthly management fee scoped to the number of channels and the complexity of the campaigns, separate from your ad budget. We will recommend a minimum monthly spend for your category, below which there is not enough data to optimise on. All quoted before you commit.
An example
The pattern across projects like MeeksGuide is always the same. Get the measurement right first, then put budget behind the pages and offers the data says are working, rather than spending evenly and working it out afterwards.
Questions people ask about ads
- Can you just run ads without all the tracking setup? We would rather not. Without tracking you cannot tell a profitable campaign from a wasteful one, and knowing the difference is what you are paying us for.
- What is a realistic monthly ad budget in Nigeria? It depends on your category and your margin. We will give you a floor below which the data is too thin to optimise, and build up from there.
- Do you handle both Google and Meta? Yes, plus email and, where it fits, TikTok. The strategy decides the mix. We do not push a channel because it is the one we like working in.
